My experience spans e-commerce, govtech, and media publishing. I work as the “technical” member of the non-technical marketing team, and I collaborate closely with the product, design, and development teams. I sometimes also lead client training, support, and customer success initiatives.

I have worked on websites and digital content for a multimillion-dollar WooCommerce plugin company, a tech media publication with hundreds of thousands of search-driven pageviews and strong affiliate and advertising revenue, and a now-defunct news and entertainment platform that previously generated over 100,000 daily pageviews primarily from social media traffic and significant AdSense revenue.

While I am not a core developer, I am very hands-on and big on innovation, so I leverage AI to overcome technical limitations.

Web

I build websites with Shopify and WordPress. I am particularly good at building websites with Elementor, ACF, and basic HTML/CSS code snippets (mostly vibe-coded), customizing either premium templates from Themeforest or following designs created on Figma.

I manage e-commerce and content-heavy websites, handling hosting, domain, DNS, WordPress maintenance, backups, uptime checks, and technical fixes. I also work with writers to make sure articles are SEO-compliant before publishing, while carrying out regular on-page SEO tasks, internal linking, Search Console monitoring, indexing checks, traffic analysis with Google Analytics, backlink outreach, and AdSense/ad placement support to help sites run smoothly, grow traffic, and generate revenue.

Content Marketing & Ops

I create and manage website content, landing page copy, blog posts, product/service descriptions, and social media content that help businesses explain what they do clearly. My strength is turning business ideas, product features, and technical services into simple, useful content that speaks to the right audience.

Web Support & Training

I support teams, clients, and users by helping them understand how to use websites, CMS platforms, dashboards, and digital tools. This includes creating walkthroughs, answering user questions, troubleshooting issues, and training non-technical people to confidently manage basic website and content tasks.

Project Management & QA

On some projects, especially projects built outside WordPress and Shopify, I work as the project manager, working closely with designers, developers, video editors, and clients to move website and digital projects from idea to completion. I help organize tasks, review pages before launch, test forms and layouts, check mobile responsiveness, report issues, and ensure the final work aligns with the project goal.
